Shipping

Every shipment leaving MaplePep.ca is prepared individually to help ensure your order is packed correctly and dispatched in good condition.

Canada Post Regular Parcel is $10, with free shipping over $150, and an estimated delivery window of 3-10 business days.

XpressPost is $20 with an estimated delivery window of 1-2 business days, and Priority is $40 with next-business-day delivery targets. Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. If you have a time-sensitive delivery need, contact support with your order details and destination so we can confirm expectations.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns. Please do not send a shipment back unless support gives you written instructions.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an issue is caused by our fulfillment process, such as an incorrect item, missing item, damaged shipment, or another verified order error, we will replace the affected item or issue a refund.

To request a review, contact support with your order details and a description of the issue. Supporting photos help us review the issue and provide refunds where applicable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, delays outside our control, or issues caused by misuse, improper handling, or storage after delivery.

How To Request Help

  • Email support with your order details and the name used on the order.
  • Explain whether the request is a shipping issue, fulfillment issue, cancellation request, or refund review.
  • Include supporting photos when available, especially if the parcel or delivered item shows visible damage or an obvious issue.
