We aim to ship orders from Canada within 24 hours, excluding holidays.

By shipping domestically, we avoid customs delays and provide reliable tracking for every order.

We do not accept returns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

If an issue is caused by our fulfillment process, we will replace the affected item or issue a refund.
